⚠️⚠️⚠️ Appointment of Cancellation/Rescheduling/Late and No-show Policy:

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.  No show or Notice of less than 24 hours is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be charged $1/minute.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Health issues: 

Please make sure that your precious baby does not have any health problems or major diseases (such as diarrhea, vomiting, all infectious diseases, epilepsy, heart disease, encephalitis...etc) when sending it to AWOO PETTO for grooming or boarding, and please make sure your precious baby is not aggressive.

🔺If you have any questions, please inform us promptly and truthfully. For safety reasons, we will conduct a corresponding evaluation of your precious baby. If the evaluation results show that the condition of your dog (or cat) is beyond our control, we will have the right to refuse service.

🔺If you choose to conceal the true situation, AWOO PETTO Pet Grooming Studio will not be responsible for any problems or misfortunes that occur to your precious baby during the grooming process or boarding!!! At the same time, if our studio cannot operate normally due to your concealment, we will hold you accountable accordingly, depending on the severity of the situation.

❇️About charges

🔸When making an appointment, the estimated price will be given to you for your reference based on the precious baby's shoulder height, weight and basic shape (ordinary round head) provided by you. The estimated price is not the actual price. The actual price charged will be adjusted based on the precious baby's actual body size and weight, hair condition, hair quality, hair amount, temperament, and your requirements and styling.

🔸Full grooming includes 10 minutes of de-matting. Additional charges for more than 10 minutes will be charged at $1/minute. (we will contact you to obtain confirmation before de-matting.)

🔸 Restyle fee: This means that if your precious baby changes from style A to style B, or if your pet needs to be restyled after a grooming cycle of more than 8 weeks, we will charge you $20~$35 to reset the style. fee (the exact amount depends on the size of the dog)

 🔸Charge for special items (such as biting, excessive anxiety, illness, etc.): $10/hour

(For safety reasons, the evaluation results of our studio on special precious babies show that the real condition of the precious baby is beyond our control, and we have the right to terminate it immediately and refuse to provide services).

🔸Charging standards for additional items in addition to the package

◉Upgraded bath soap and conditioner: $10 ~ $30 (depending on the size of the dog)

◉Animal Ayurveda Herbal Mud Spa: $50~$500 (depending on the size of the dog)

◉ Based on a complete package or a care package, the toothbrushing service is only available at a discounted price of $5.

✳️Please make sure your precious baby does not have fleas or ticks. If found during the grooming process, the service will be suspended immediately, and a $50 cleaning and disinfection fee will be charged.

✳️Please pick up your precious baby within 30 minutes after receiving the notice. If you exceed the time limit, a $1/min custody fee will be charged.

✳️About payment methods: Our studio currently only accepts E-transfer and cash.

🌟🌟🌟 To better serve you, please describe your grooming requirements and preferences to us as much as possible before grooming. You can also send us pictures of the styling you like. We can customize it according to your preferences and design the style that best suits your precious baby's conditions.
